The fact sheets listed below reflect the activities of this group and represent a significant effort towards increasing uniformity in soil testing and plant analysis programs in the Southern Region.

As of June 25, 2013, the current chair, vice-chair, and secretary are to serve as reviewers of the fact sheets unless one of the officers is the author or if one of the officers is unable due to time constraints or feels another member of sera-ieg-6 would have more expertise. If one of the officers is unable to review the fact sheet, then the chair must find another reviewer.

Procedures for submitting fact sheets:

  1. Author emails paper to chair.
  2. Chair dates paper and forwards to reviewers.
  3. Reviews are returned back to the chair for consolidation within 4 weeks.
  4. Chair consolidates reviews and sends back to author within 1 week.
  5. Author makes changes or discusses any concerns with the chair, then sends the final paper back to the chair within 3 weeks.
  6. On receiving the final paper, the chair forwards it to the webmaster for posting.
