Laboratories | We will pay ground shipping for any packages sent to these laboratories:

Voiding Shipments | You must void all invalid shipments or you will be billed. From the left-hand menu of CampusShip's opening screen, click "View History or Void Shipment" and follow the instructions. | ||||||||||||

Invoices
| You will receive an itemized bill quarterly, covering all next-day air shipments and any ground shipments other than the laboratories.
| Disputing Charges
| Email soiltest@uga.edu with the tracking number and a brief reason for your dispute. We will forward your message to our UPS account representative and keep you informed of the status. Please do not call us to dispute charges.
