Prior to FY16, many Interlab tests were counted twice in these summaries.
For example, FEW ran 250 tests for A2, A3, and A4. These corresponded to A7 tests for SPW. Therefore, the A2, A3, and A4 tests should have been excluded.
Now, tests run by FEW for SPW are excluded from the totals.
