All Internet computers should have Automatic Windows Updates. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/306525 for instructions on configuring.
When maintaining computers, run Windows Update manually to make sure everything is up-to-date.
Install all critical/important updates, but check with Rick before installing any optional updates.
Don't worry about Windows Updates for computers on the intranet.
Click Start, then Run, 'cleanmgr.exe /d c'

Drive mapping scripts are currently at H:\Harper\Connection Magic
MAP.bat unmaps drives (to make sure there are no errors when mapping), it then maps selected drives and runs continue.bat on H: or J: once connected.
SERVER.bat runs continue.bat on H: or J:, UNMAP.bat unmaps all potential drives.
For usage information of connect.py, navigate to its folder (Usually C:\scripts\), open a command prompt, and type 'python connect.py --help'.

All Internet computers should have an AG Services Database icon on the Desktop, pointing to h:\agdb\agdb.exe. It should not prompt you to run. If it does:

All computers should have the same administrator log-in password. You don't need to know user passwords, but you can reset them as needed by logging in as administrator.
New employees can request a UGA MyID from http://eits.uga.edu/access_and_security/myid/. Note that this works in Firefox only!.
